STRUCTURED CABLING

Structured cabling refers to the systematic building of campus infrastructure. This standardized model of installation provides predictability in performance and allows for future modifications.

Structured cabling allows for the flexibility you need when it comes  time to expand, move, or make modifications to the campus infrastructure.

Additionally, structured cabling provides optimal organization for system maintenance. The highly logical method of installation ensures ease of cable tracing when compared to point-to-point methods of installation.

SECURITY SYSTEMS

Security systems of all scales depend on an efficient convergence of electrical and data cabling. Modern commercial security systems are complex networks of computers, cameras, monitors, and more.

A functioning commercial security system will rely heavily on proper networking of voice, data, audio/video, and more. These systems can quickly become complex.

WaveLink's experience in data installation as well its expertise in electrical installation ensures optimal security. WaveLink has worked on high security government contracts with the US Customs and Border Patrol as well as the Wilshire Federal Building 14, 15th and 16th floors.

ELECTRICAL CONTRACTING

With two certified and licensed electricians on board, WaveLink is able to manage large scale, low voltage electrical projects. Low voltage systems, or those comprised of equipment that uses50V or less, are commonplace in both commercial and residential settings with varying degrees of complexity.

Low voltage systems will be required to operate fire alarms, security systems, and telecommunication equipment.

WaveLink is a C-10 electrical contractor. A C-10 electrical license means that

An electrical contractor places, installs, erects or connects any electrical wires, fixtures, appliances, apparatus, raceways, conduits, solar photovoltaic cells or any part thereof, which generate, transmit, transform or utilize electrical energy in any form or for any purpose.
